Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Funeral orders only are accepted for Sunday deliveries.

To help assure on-time deliveries during busy holidays, it is suggested that you place your order 4-5 days prior to major holidays: New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Our shop is closed New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

We do deliver to Fort Custer National Cemetery. Their floral regulations include:

1) Natural cut flowers may be placed on graves at any time of year.
2) Artificial flowers and potted plants are allowed on graves for a period of ten days, starting Thursday before Easter and Memorial Day.
3) Christmas wreaths (18th and 24th) are permitted December 1st through January 31st.
4) Artificial flowers are permitted from November 1st through March 31st.

A local delivery fee of $6.00 will be added to each order. For deliveries outside of Battle Creek, the fee varies based on location.

U.S. orders must be received by 1:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone to ensure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will try our best to accommodate deliveries for specific times of day, however, we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday except for funeral work. Normal deliveries will be made on Monday.

If you want for us to FORWARD AN ORDER for you (examples: Pueblo, CO; Tampa, FL or Northbrook, IL), the delivery fee given to the receiving shop is $10, and our wire service fee is $10. This is in addition to the price of the arrangement.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
